To start with, planning is a very important responsibility of any entrepreneur. Good planning is the very first duty that should be fulfilled by an entrepreneur. Oftentimes, an individual has many business intentions. To direct such intentions, you need careful planning. You must plan ahead so that you will know what to expect as you go through the course of the business. You have to plan all your actions and make sure that you follow such plans.
The next responsibility is organizing. In order to attain your specific targets, you must know how to organize especially if youre handling several departments. This way, you can divide all the work that needs to be done. You dont have to do all the work as an entrepreneur; you must know how to designate. By work designation, all the jobs are finished on time or even in advance. Not only that, the work are also done properly.
Staffing is another great responsibility of an entrepreneur. Sometimes, youre burdened with your responsibilities but if you know proper staffing, you can lessen such burden. Through staffing, all the jobs are done properly and there is less possibility of business loss. You must have a competitive staff so that you can entrust the work to them.
Another responsibility of the entrepreneur is controlling. You need to direct, improve, and train employees. All the business plans made by the entrepreneur should be put into order. All the aspects of the business should be controlled by the entrepreneur from production to inventory, quality checks, and many others. You should be able to monitor all the aspects of the business at all times.
In order to do all your responsibilities as an entrepreneur, you must be an excellent communicator. Good communication is needed so that you can deal with all kinds of individuals. If youre good in communicating, you can convey all your messages correctly, completely, and clearly. This way, everyone will understand what youre saying. Aside from being a good communicator, you must also be an excellent listener, writer, and reader.
If you want to become a successful entrepreneur, you must be able to do all the responsibilities mentioned earlier. You need to be a good and rational manager. If you can organize your business organization properly, you will not encounter many problems and you will have higher chances of earning big profits.
Now that you know the different responsibilities of an entrepreneur, you can understand what an entrepreneur really is. If you want to become an entrepreneur, you should determine first if you can handle such responsibilities.

If you are a wanderer in the webmaster world, I need not say what an Angela link is. Well, it is a profile link created in a site that is already popular. A good example is signature link in a forum.
The Process
I believe that profile link building is the easiest of all the website link building techniques. What you need to do is, create an account in a high PR site, and add your website URL in the corresponding sections like the homepage or the signature section. Your profile is publicly viewable and hence your link.
How it works?
Most of the profiles links are Do-follow. Do follow is a term that attracts the attention of webmasters! It just means your links are followed by search engines. What not? Registrations are free and these links are permanent. Unlike other famous social networking sites, the number of users is less in these sites and there are chances that least 10 users visit your profile in day or two.
Will I get quality traffic?
Well, it worked wonders when the technique was first started. People noticed a significant jump in their search engine rankings. Gradually, the technique lost its strength due to practices like creation of profiles that appear like spam, putting more than 2 or 3 link on single profile page, placing irrelevant links.
What has to be done to make it effective?
- Create links in sites that are related in some way to your site. A link to a gaming site in a law site may not attract the visitors. You may get a few unique hits but these users are not a part of the quality traffic set
- Dont place more than 2 links on any profile page and make the moderators smash you
- Fill your profile completely. Upload display pictures wherever possible and fill all the sections like address, name, phone etc. This not only makes your profile look genuine, you can witness more profile views.
- Check your href or link code before and after updating your profile. A minor mistake in the code may make your profile look like blatant spam.
- If the site is a forum, do post interesting texts regularly. Do this only if you are good at the corresponding subject. This makes your signature links visible to other forum members.
- Keep logging in to each of these sites regularly or at least once in a month. Otherwise, your account may become inactive and you will lose your links.

Forgive me, but aside from the horrible economy, 2009 is starting to sound a lot like1999 at the intersection of communication and technology. As with the dot.com explosion, everyone, it seems, is in technological awe of how Twitter will change our lives forever (last year, of course, it was Facebook).
This reminds me of 1999, when everyone was sure the day would come when we ALL bought EVERYTHING on the Internet, including groceries. Well, that prediction didnt quite cometrue. Its not a failure of technology. Certainly, ecommerce is here to stay. I am not a curmudgeon who challenges technology (I have my 3G iPhone loaded with plenty of cool apps).
No, its a failure of focus. You see, communication is not all about the fact that you can Tweet or Twitter or that youre Twittering right now (with or without excitement). No, communication is all about communication. Well, duh.
As I often tell clients, if we were still dragging clubs and living in caves, we could still tell everyone who cared (and many who didnt) what we just ate for lunch without sending a Tweet. It would just take a lot longer and be a heck of a lot less immediate, with much smaller reach.
At times like these, a useful analogy is helpful.
The delivery of clean, fresh water has been a human need since the dawn of time. The same is true of successful communication. Societies, the record shows, need both to grow and thrive.
Yet when I examine conversations (online and otherwise) aboutthe need for fresh water in sub-Saharan Africa, the debate is not about how cool the pipes are, how thick their walls are, the size of the pumping stations, water pressure, etc., etc. Now I know that among a small community of companies and people who build pipes and water stations, that dialogue exists. Among those who need fresh water and those who hope to provide it? Nope.
Its the same with communication. Its about the content, not the pipes! Sure, I useTweetDeck. Im up to speed onCoTweetand lots of other apps and sites and communities that are useful tools.Tools. Yes, tools, as in pipes that provide fresh water, not the live-giving liquid itself. As in, tools that enablecommunication.
Review yourTweetstream. And then ask yourself this question: Just because I CAN Twitter my every move, should I? There is where the real debate belongs: How can we use these tools to communicate more effectively and more efficiently?
When Twitter enables the first report of theHudson River plane crash, theres the germ of a communication opportunity out there. While the ability to send aTwitPic from a breaking news event is noteworthy, whats truly revolutionary is the process of figuring out how to use this technology to tell compelling stories to interested audiences, not the technology itself.
Thats our focus here at WordWrite, and with the explosion of instant, broad technological tools to communicate in the 21st century, I would argue that its never been more important to focus on what you have to say, rather than getting lost in the weeds of how you can say it.

Why Hand Nailed Is Better
Because it’s better, faster, and less expensive. Mostly because it’s better. There are so many things about hand nailing roofing versus air nailing that this will take a bit of listing.
Pneumatic hails are struck by a driver blade that is the same size as the nail head. If the wood under the roofing is harder because a rafter or lathe is under the deck, the nail might not set flush and the roofer won’t know it until the homeowner looks up and sees the fish mouth in the roof. The hand nailing roofer feels what happens through his connectedness with his tool. He feels and hears if the hatched hit solid wood.
More likely the nail of a gun will be over driven whereas the hand driven nail can only be set flush because the hatchet is larger than the nail. Over driven nails hold onto nothing.
The operator of a nail gun often crosses the gun across him so the nail goes in at an angle. If the hand nailer does this you’ll hear Spanish profanity.
The air nailing dude has to protect and maintenance his heavy and expensive compressor, guns, and hoses. Every morning he must load up his truck or risk theft, unload at the job site, string out the equipment, find electricity, and repair the tools as he goes along during the day. The hand nailer gets his hatchet out of the truck. There is no air hose dragging across the new but not sun sealed roofing.
The air guy has to load up his stuff if it didn’t get stolen during lunch and then unload it at the house. The hand man throws his hatchet in the truck bed.
What if a breaker is thrown while the air man is using your electricity? Do you have to come home from work? Will the roofer quit and go home because he’s not proficient with a hatchet or doesn’t have one?
The gun roofers might start the day fine but as the sun heats up the roofing it changes consistency. Freshly opened bundles are stiffer than the buttery ones that have been open for a while. Cold shingles shatter under the thump of a gun. Think of a karate punch. The strength comes from speed times weight giving the punch its force but the black belt also makes his fist smaller by using two strong knuckles instead of spreading out his power on four. The nail gun compresses the force in an area no bigger than the nail allowing for countersinking. .
With traveling to the job, tearing off, cleaning up, paper installing, loading the heavy roofing, flashing, painting, trimming edges, going to the dump, and more cleaning up, what percentage of the job is actually nailing? Isn’t it the one most important factor in a roof? How the roofing is attached is without a doubt the numero uno item on a good roof job. All other things pale in comparison. Do you have a roof or did it slide off?
Now imagine a group of men about to roof your house. If they pull out their hatchets and get after it like banshees on steroids then you know. you got your roofers. The rookies need the air tools to make up for their rookieness.
Lastly, hand nailing is green. Less electricity, manufacturing, transportation, and a better job. The government ought to give a tax credit for it.

They can be reached through multiple devices because they are generally the most tech savvy of any sector. Youths also shape the buying patterns of their families. From vacation choices to car purchases to meal selections, they exert a tremendous power over the family pocketbook. (Calvert, 2008) Understanding the purchasing influence of this demographic enables web marketing service companies to design advertisements that efficiently capture market share.
Analysts need to be aware that advertising to minors generally comes with the stigma of exploitation, so as a rule the product being advertised should generally carry some tangible benefit for this particular young age group. Advertising casinos to children for example could generate negative PR. There are only a few disadvantages to advertising to the younger population. If we see the questions on the Interviewing message board we can see that it shown some of our readers’ difficulties in getting a search after leaving or losing a job. But according to me it is useful for us to start at the beginning.
If we see the work culture of the new millennium one thing is very clear that nearly all work is now short term, frequently even careers themselves. It is obvious that you have to mould yourself according to the change whether that change suits you or not. If we see the current statistics, which almost all say that the average job is only about three to four years now, a rather dramatic change from 15 years ago when the average was about 10 years.
Whenever you join any new organization it is good to understand well in advance that there will be many ups and down mostly during the first week of you’re joining. This ride will mostly include sadness, lack of interest, denial, anger, and then some more anger. Everyone goes through this stage to one degree or another, and I don’t believe the people who say they don’t
It is not good to call everyone you know and start sending out resumes, answering ads, and calling recruiters. Because most of the times you are not prepared for the start a search after a separation. Don’t do a job search ”on the rebound”. You’ll probably say things that you will wish you hadn’t. But it is good to share your true feelings about the situation with only a few people- maybe your close friends or your family members. You don’t want everyone to avoid you (”Uh oh, here comes the whiner…”). Now is the time to adopt the marketing stance that your career – no matter how you perceive the reality – has been sunshine, light, and success. And you want everyone to know about those successes.
Networking is not calling to everyone you know. Networking is indirect relationship building, quite a different thing.
Develop a target. Years ago, in my private practice, I was deluged with people announcing, ”I want to be in TV.” I never knew what does that meant…. did it mean television repair? Developing a target is the centerpiece of beginning your search. What is the job function- specifically? What is the desired culture? Geographic location? Size of organization? Do you want to start your own business? Consult? Do you have Dot-com-Virus? This may all involve some extensive self-assessment, with or without outside assistance – but it’s necessary.
And then, of course, you need to research your target
Stick to the marketing plan and stick to that. Work the system; there are no shortcuts, except for the occasional bolt of lightning. If you are discipline and consistent this thing account for a lot in this process.
It is good to be flexible. If you’re really listening while developing those relationships, your target might shift and adjust.
If you are loosing a job or leaving a job it doesn’t mean the stigma it used to, except in your own mind. Its part of the culture now which everyone has to face one day.
