How to Make your Own 20th Century Fox Logo!

Im going to show you step by step how to create your very own 20th century fox logo from scratch absolutely free! I know theres a lot of video on this already. But to be honest with you, they all SUCK! So I decided to make one a hell of a lot better. Hope you like it 
Ready? Ok so lets start
The first thing you need to do is to download the zip file I have provided for you. Once downloaded to your PC now you need to unzip the file. Next your going to double click on the (install-blender) icon. Follow all directions giving to fully install the blender software. Once fully installed, your ready to create your fox intro
Ok so your ready? Good now lets begin. First thing you want to do is double click on the blend file called (edit-fox-logo). When it opens you will see the original fox logo. Thisblend file contains the fully animated fox logo that you need and the only thing you need to do is to change the text on it.I always give credit where credit is due so ALL credit for this blend file should go to the creator of this file, Matt Hoecker.
This is how it should look like when you open the blend file. Now you want to change the text. Lets start on the highest row with the 20. Hover over the 20 and right click on it. Then we press delete and then enter to erase the 20. So now you should only see the th text. Now right click on the th and then press the tab key once. Hit the backspace key to erase th and now you will be able to write your name or company or whatever you want it to say on the highest row. If the text is to short or to long dont worry, well fix it later.
When your done writing want you want, press the tab key again to stop editing. Now follow the exact same steps for ROW 2 and ROW 3. Remember to click on the tab key to start editing and press the tab key again to stop editing.
Now its time to fix any miss alignments and get everything you wrote centered. Try to find these keys in the blender window. Should be right below the screen you was just editing
The hand and the green circle you wont be needing. The only and most important buttons that you will use is the red triangle and the blue square. These two buttons will center and size your logo.
To start just right click on the text at the top row and press on the red triangle to center it first. When you click on the red triangle you will see arrows in different colors on your logo. By clicking on the arrow pointing up you will move the logo up and down. By clicking on the arrow point to the right you will move the logo left to right. Do this until it meets your satisfaction.
Same thing for the blue square. When you click on it you will see two squares in different colors on your logo. By clicking on the square pointing up you will size the logo up and down. By clicking on the square pointing to your right you will size the logo left to right. Basically width and height. And do this until it meets your satisfaction.
When your done customizing your logo go to this part of the screen. Here You will be able to select how big your movie will be and witch format you want it to be in
The first thing you want to do is click on the pc button high lighted below.
To change the size of your movie go here to change to width and height. (sizeX is the width and sizeY is the height). I recommend to size your movie to either 640 x 480 or 320 x 240
Now we need to set this to a video format. Go to and click on the Jpeg button and select AVI Raw
Now select the folder you want to save the video in. Click on the P tab and then select a folder below to save your video.
Click on (select output pictures) to go back to the main screen
Click on (ANIM) tab to start animating your logo.
When you click the anim button a rendering window will come up. Notice on the left top left hand corner you will see (Fra:6 ) thats the frame its working on. When that number reaches 600 frames (Fra:600) click on the F3 key to stop rendering.
This will render for about 2-4 hours and if you choose a huge format it can take up to 8 hours(I now, its a long time but the result is good). You should be able to use everything on your computer (except blender)while its rendering but it maybe will be kind a slow.
Thats it. When done just take the AVI file the Windows Movie Maker or any other video editing software you have, add music and your done.
